11.3 Only settled bets with win/loss results count as effective turnover.
11.4 Bonus turnover does not count toward rebate calculations.
11.5 Bonuses are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Unmet turnover requirements will result in removal of bonus funds and related winnings.

11.9 All bets by individuals or groups acting in collusion or fraudulently may be cancelled, and funds will be confiscated.
12. Promotional Abuse and Irregular Play
12.1 We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, bonus abuse, and any activity that seeks to exploit our promotions. We reserve the right to block users and confiscate associated winnings.
12.2 We reserve the right to periodically audit all transaction records and activity logs for any reason, with or without prior notice. By using our services, you expressly consent to such reviews. Should our evaluation reveal your involvement in, or attempt to engage in, any activities that we, at our sole discretion, classify as:
(i) promotional abuse; and/or
(ii) irregular play;
we retain the full right to refuse, withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonuses, promotional offers, or winnings. We may also suspend or permanently terminate your account access. PLEASE NOTE: In such instances, we are under no obligation to return any funds in your account aside from your original deposited amount.
12.3 Irregular play includes, but is not limited to:
i. Hedge betting or low margin bets (e.g. betting both red and black on roulette or covering 25+ numbers).
ii. Delayed winnings—initiating bonus rounds, exiting, then completing them post-wagering.
iii. Using bonus funds to progress through a game and completing final stages with cash.
iv. Leaving large bets active and returning after fulfilling wagering requirements.
12.4 Promotional abuse includes, but is not limited to:
i. Colluding with other users for unfair advantage.
ii. Depositing solely to claim bonuses and withdrawing immediately.
iii. Exploiting bugs, glitches, or system errors.
iv. Using multiple accounts to receive duplicate offers.
13. Indemnity
